PAMPALINI THE ANIMAL HUNTER The statue represents Bielsko-Biala’s Cartoon Film Studio’s popular animated hero Pampalini the Animal Hunter accompanied by one of the exotic animals he was hunting. Pampalini and Hippo are located in the city centre, in the vicinity of the City Hall, at Bohaterów Warszawy Street. The sculpture was created in 2019 by a renowned sculptor from Bielsko-Biała Lidia Sztwiertnia. The sculpture is approx. 150 cm high. The series “Pampalini the Hunter” created in the 70’s of 20th century consists of short stories dedicated to the hunting efforts of brave Pampalini who embarks on, obviously bloodless, yet successful hunting sprees to track down wild animals. Grodzisko Grodzisko, located in the area round the streets called Pod Grodziskiem and Wał Szwedzki in Old Bielsko, is all that is left of a fortified medieval farming settlement. Most probably established in the 12th century, it is the earliest evidence of organised settlement within the city area. Today the Historical Museum in Bielsko-Biała has its main base here and amongst its exhibitions features displays on the archaeology and history of Bielsko, Biała and surrounding areas, and the folk culture of Bielsko and Biała. There is also the Knight’s Room, also called Lapidarium, and Gallery of Modern Bielsko-Biała Regional Art. The programme is adapted to the educational level of each group. The sculpture representing the Wawel Dragon and Chef Bartolini Bartłomiej of the Zielona Pietruszka coat of arms is located on the sidewalk at 11 Listopada Street. The composition also includes a car with a turning steering wheel. The new sculpture enriched the walking trail of cartoon characters that has been created in Bielsko-Biała. The creator of the visual images of the characters is Alfreda Ledwig. The bronze sculpture was created by the renowned sculptor Lidia Sztwiertnia. Bielszczanin Franciszek Kukioła wyruszył luxusem cabrio 126p w podróż po Europie, a Antoni Przychodzień otworzył pierwsze Muzeum Fiata 126p na świecie. W PRL-u każdy marzył o maluchu, ale nie każdy mógł marzenia zrealizować - zauważa Antoni Przychodzień, inżynier elektronik. I podkreśla, że to nie fiat 126p był jego początkowym celem motoryzacyjnych zainteresowań. Postanowił kolekcjonować trabanty, ale na drodze do budowania kolekcji stanęło polskie prawo - nie można zarejestrować na pozyskanie pierwszego modelu 126p zrodził się z przypadku: - Dowiedziałem się, że jest do kupienia malubats, zaprojektowany bez dachu i drzwi, za symboliczną cenę. Kupiłem bardzo tanio dwa egzemplarze i całą linię produkcyjną - wspomina pan model fiata, pieszczotliwie nazywany łódeczką, ma rzeszę fanów na Zachodzie. Istnieje holenderskie stowarzyszenie miłośników poświęcone wyłącznie malubatsowi. Tamtejsi pasjonaci są skłonni wydawać kilkanaście tysięcy euro za sztukę. Coraz częściej można tam spotkać na ulicach wersję cabrio, także z zamontowanymi na pałąku bezpieczeństwa dużymi parasolami. Nie mniejsze wrażenie wywołuje na polskich drogach. Widok tej wersji fiata wzbudza powszechny entuzjazm, zwłaszcza pań. Każdy z czterech obecnie wystawionych samochodów w pomieszczeniach upadłej fabryki jest zarejestrowany, ubezpieczony i odrestaurowany, by w dowolnej chwili mógł wyruszyć w trasę. Ich różnorodność robi wrażenie. Militarny fiat przeznaczony pierwotnie dla wojska z możliwością zamontowania gąsienic lub płozów w zależności od warunków pogodowych, dodatkowo wyposażony w pojemny bagażnik na dachu. Posiada także klin, dzięki któremu kierowca nie musi się obawiać bocznych poślizgów. W przyszłości nie tylko w uchwyt do RKM-u, ale też w sam karabin będzie wyposażony ten model. - Jest dla mnie przyznany, mam się zgłosić do Agencji Mienia Wojskowego - wyjaśnia klasycznym elegantem, rocznik 1999, który powstał 11 miesięcy przed zakończeniem produkcji, do zobaczenia w muzeum jest także pick-up, który miał służyć Poczcie Polskiej na początku lat 70. ub. stulecia z konstrukcją nadwozia jak w modelu bombel. Teraz pełni rolę Pogotowia Przeciwko Kunom, bo inżynier zajmuje się także budową i montażem urządzeń odstraszających kuny, myszy, krety i insekty. Obecną formę "maluch" zawdzięcza uczniom bielskiego "Mechanika" na ul. Lompy, którzy w ramach pracy dyplomowej wykończyli tylną część ładunkową modelu. Po latach poszukiwań Przychodzień zakupił pick-upa, czym uchronił go przed kasacją. - W pewnym momencie okazało się ze mam tych samochodów tak dużo ze wpadłem na pomysł stworzenia muzeum - opowiada inżynier. Bielsko-Biała kojarzy się z Fiatem. Za granicą osoby interesujące się motoryzacją w rozmowach często wskazują małego fiata, mimo że produkcja została przeniesiona do Tychów. Ot-warcie muzeum 8 czerwca zbiegło się z 40-leciem fiata 126p w Bielsku - w 1973 roku z linii produkcyjnej FSM zjechał pierwszy egzemplarz. Przez kolejne 27 lat po Polsce jeździło niemal 2,5 mln maluchów. Zainteresowanych poznaniem historii samochodu, który we Włoszech zaprzestano produkować w 1980 r. nie brakowało. W pierwszym dniu zwiedzania muzeum odbył się także zjazd miłośników małego fiata, na którym stawili się kierowcy z całej o stronę techniczną samochodów inżynier pozostawia zaufanym fachowcom. Zaprzyjaźnione bielskie warsztaty zajmujące się renowacją pojazdów zabytkowych, mają pod opieką "maluchy" inżyniera. Ostatni nabytek - bis z Sanoka także zostanie przewieziony do jednego z zakładów, gdzie zostanie poddany "reanimacji".W przyszłości właściciel planuje wykorzystać dwie sale do prezentacji samochodów. W jednej chce pokazywać modele wielkoseryjne takie jak: 600, 650, FL, elegant, bis. W drugiej - prototypy i projekty studyjne. Ma zamiar poświęcić też osobne pomieszczenie na przyczepy. Właściciel muzeum jest otwarty na dostarczanie części do "maluchów". W przyszłości muzeum ma pomieścić 12 samochodów, do każdego przypisane zostaną karty informacyjne. Jeszcze w tym roku zobaczymy takie modele jak bis, diesel(!) i 600, w następnych latach amfibię (model zdolny do wodowania), longa z silnikiem z przodu i 4-drzwiowego jamnika.
